Spring 2007
A waving sea of pink and yellow Western Australian wild-flowers. Rhodanthe chlorocephala (aka paper daisy, or straw flower). Delicate, paper like petals and core of bright yellow. Subdued, faintly honey like scent, not unlike the smell of Acacia.

your spring, my fall. The leaves up north are starting to turn colour - a sea of red soon. Time for stews and hearty Chateauneuf du Pape
It's perhaps the only thing I will miss as it gets warmer - the chance eat hearty food and drink big boned reds.
