Garlic chives?

I've always assumed these long spears of green were garlic chives, but looking at the various images, my leaves looks a little too flat, they've certainly never flowered. Still, I'm fond of the taste and every week for the last few months, a chopped up bunch makes its into an an omelet.

It's a hardy herb. I first planted it three or four years ago, and it has been left, largely forgotten and unwatered, partially choked by weeds and daisies. Since clearing the away the competition and giving it some attention it has been prolific in throwing up new growth.
