Chocolate and wine have many similarities and though I frequently enjoy both together, I'm yet to be convinced that the pairing is synergistic. I thought this was a clever take on the often suggested pairing of fortified wine and chocolate. Haven't taken both together.. I usually have wine, then food and a chocolate to end the epicurean journey :)

Sequentially. I ate the chocolate first and then squirted the wine into my mouth.
What a neat idea! Not your usual, but still, very cool.
